The buyer has the right up to the point of confirmation (final order submission) to cancel his order at any time. From the moment the order is confirmed on our page, the cancellation takes place after contacting the store, with the indication "Order Cancellation" and its code, if the order has not been shipped. If the order has already been shipped, the return costs are borne by the consumer.

The refund will be made in the same way the payment was made. For example, if a transaction has been made by card, then the refund will also be made to the card.
